What ENVLD is
ENVLD is two things on one site. The shop sells digital templates as one time downloads. The studio takes on custom design and engineering projects under fixed price scopes. Buying a template or sending a brief means you agree to these terms.
How payment works
Checkout is handled by our payment provider, a Merchant of Record. In plain terms, they are the seller of record for the transaction: they take the payment securely, and they calculate and pay any sales tax or VAT on our behalf. Your card details stay with them and never touch our servers.
Buying a template
What you get
When you buy a template you receive the full source code (Next.js, React, Tailwind and TypeScript, unless the listing says otherwise), a README with setup steps, and free updates to that template for life.
What your license covers
One purchase covers one end product: a single live website, client project, or app. On that one product you can use it as much as you like, update it, modify it, and deploy it on your own domain. What you can't do:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code.
- Upload it to a template marketplace or share it publicly.
- Use a single license to build sites for multiple paying clients. Buy one license per client project.
Building for several clients, or for an agency? Reply to your receipt email and we'll set you up with a multi use license.
Refunds
Templates are downloadable code, so sales are final once you have the files, with one fair exception: if a template is broken or materially different from what the listing showed, we fix it or refund you in full. The full details, including the time window and how to ask, are in our Refund Policy.
Custom studio projects
Quotes and deposits
Send a brief and we reply within 24 hours with a written, fixed price scope. Once you accept, we send a deposit invoice (typically 50%). Work starts when the deposit lands.
Scope and changes
The quote covers what's in the scope document. New requests outside that scope go through a quick additional quote, so you're never surprised by extra hours. If we can absorb a small change, we do; if it's a meaningful addition, we tell you upfront.
Delivery
The final invoice is due when we hand off the deliverables (repo, deploy, files). After delivery, the support window in your engagement covers any bugs we missed. Out of scope changes after that point are billed as new work.
If a project can't be finished
If we have to cancel a project on our end, you keep everything we've built so far and we refund the deposit pro rata. The other way around: if you cancel mid project, you keep the work to that point and pay for the time we spent.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for whatever happens under your account. If something looks off, sign out from every device in settings and write to us.
Subscriptions and drops
If a membership tier becomes available and you subscribe, billing renews monthly or yearly depending on the plan. You can cancel any time in your billing settings, and your access stays through the end of the period you've already paid for. We never apply surprise price increases without telling you first.
Fair use
Use ENVLD for what it's meant for. Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the site, don't attempt to reach other people's accounts or files, and don't use our products to build anything illegal. Accounts that abuse the platform, or charge back a legitimate purchase instead of asking us first, can be suspended.
Things we don't do
- Hidden fees, dark pattern upsells, or trial to paid traps.
- Sell your data, or train models on your work without permission.
- Charge extra for “premium support”. Support is part of the deal.
Liability
Everything is provided as is. If something we ship breaks your stack, we'll help you fix it, but our total liability is capped at what you paid for the template or engagement. That's the standard clause; it's here for our lawyer's peace of mind, not because we expect anything to go wrong.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects your rights, we'll email anyone with an account at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use ENVLD after that point counts as accepting the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ENVLD operates. We'd always rather sort a disagreement out over email before it goes anywhere near a courtroom.
