The short version
ENVLD templates are digital downloads. Because you get the full source code the moment you buy, all sales are final once a template has been downloaded. The one exception: if something is genuinely wrong on our end, we make it right or refund you in full. The details are below.
Template purchases
When sales are final
Each template is delivered instantly as downloadable source code. Once you have downloaded the files, we cannot take them back, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, for an accidental purchase you have already downloaded, or for not having the technical skills to use the code.
When we will refund you
We want you to get exactly what you paid for. We will refund you in full, or fix the problem, if within 14 days of purchase any of the following is true:
- the template is broken or does not work as described;
- what you received is materially different from what the listing showed;
- you were charged more than once for the same item, or charged by mistake and have not downloaded the files;
- you cannot download or access the files and we are unable to resolve it.
How to request a refund
Reply to your receipt email, or contact us at contact@envld.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within two business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, the Merchant of Record that handled your checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Custom studio projects
Custom design and engineering work is handled separately from template sales. A deposit secures your project slot and scope. If we cancel a project on our end, you keep everything we have built so far and we refund the deposit pro rata. If you cancel mid project, you keep the work to that point and pay for the time we spent. The full project terms are set out in your project quote and in our Terms of Service.
