Overview
Ember is a cinematic landing page template for fine-dining restaurants, chef's tables, and live-fire kitchens — a site that sells the experience before the first course arrives. Its "fire and patience" mood pairs warm charcoal with oxblood and gold-foil accents, Playfair Display headings, and cream "printed-menu" light mode.
It opens on a full-bleed Ken-Burns hero with drifting canvas embers inside an inset gold frame, then moves through full-bleed parallax story blocks, a proper fine-dining menu card with leader dots and tasting / à-la-carte tabs, a cinematic chef portrait with an overlaid quote, a masonry gallery, and a reservation form with validation, a toast, and a map.
Built with Next.js 15.5 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript (strict), Tailwind CSS v4, Motion, and Lenis. The menu and restaurant details live in two simple content files, so updating dishes and hours is effortless. SEO is handled for you: metadata, structured data, a generated social image, sitemap, and robots.txt.
